Amanote is an application that simplifies taking notes. With the application you can take notes and mark directly on digital course material - such as PDFs, photos and Powerpoint presentations.

Amanote is mainly for students, as this tool allows them to type structured notes next to digital documents during, for example, lectures and conferences. This leads to an improvement of productivity and efficiency during these lectures and studying.

How does it work

• Via the software package Amanote you can make digital notes next to the accompanying slides. Amanote presents the slide on the left and makes space for notes on the right.
• When taking notes, Amanote offers the same options as a regular word processor: font and paragraph options and the addition of images, diagrams, formulas, tables, symbols and code fragments. The user can also make a sketch, which he then adds to the notes.
• Finally, the user can mark the slides with the highlighter and can add a note at a specific place in a slide via the "Insert PDF Annotation" option.
